Better Place 03:52
Better Place I will give up myself I will bury the light I’ll turn every stone I would go for the longest ride towards you Hold on tight, I'm giving all I can Can I hope it will be just as good as it was? This terrible need is getting me awfully mad And now I'm suffocating I must find a better place for me and for my loneliness And I'm the observer who always keeps an eye on you when you're gone, I'm the only one Oh I've made it again I’ve destroyed the whole plot The heroes are here but I cannot see the crowd How lonely some of us can get when lights are off It is getting so clear I got nothing to lose The things I am hiding are digging beneath my roots I’m folding all my dreams and I can't stand it And I must find a better place for me and for my loneliness And I'm the observer who always keeps an eye on you when you're gone, I'm the only one And it's hard to admit I'm in charge of my faith, in charge of the venom that's sneaking into my veins I’m choking Cut my throat, I need to get some air Little sunshine beware of the dragons you hold Beware of the harvest you're bringing into your door Remorse is out of question, and I am left without an answer

Long Line 03:16
There's a long line And everyone is waiting for the whole time But fear is heading faster than we all do We have no choice We’re taking all we can and getting on the train It's a long walk, an endless road to nowhere It's the wrong plan Who’s leading us into the blue with no signs Forcing us into the ground while we surrender with charm So what do we do now? What on earth is left for us to do now? And could it be that all we see is fiction And could it be that all we ever do is hidden from our minds Did we lose our minds?

I don't remember how dark it was They took over the lands and the seas The dark side of humans Is about to be proven And soon they’ll pay all of their fees The treasure was stolen so secretly So no one could see a thing Their power is endless And mostly they're shameless And they don't really care for a thing We are all going down We're sinking together Without a savior Perhaps now forever Let’s make it clear We are one-of-a-kind But we’re losing our kindness Avoiding the brightness That's longing to get in That longs to get in All the men and the women are desperate All the old ones are trapped in their past And the poor little baby Fights with demons and fairies Will soon find there's no one to trust The animals' cages are open wide They are getting prepared for the fight The earth is in danger Cause everyone’s a stranger Now who will carry the light We are all going down We're sinking together Without a savior Perhaps now forever Let’s make it clear We are one-of-a-kind But we’re losing our kindness Avoiding the brightness That's longing to get in That longs to get in The ground is still burning in paradise Heaven's merging with hell The good and the bad In a box full of mud Stuck inside of an old ancient shell While a few men are struggling for the sake of all Most of us are still standing still We're handing our future To the hands of the butcher And now it is time for the bill 'Cause We are all going down We're sinking together Without a savior Perhaps now forever Let's make it clear We are one-of-a-kind But we’re losing our kindness Avoiding the brightness That's longing to get in That longs to get in

I want to be a part of a mission I want to be a part of the system I want to be ruled by a king who cares for me I want to be loved by my queen I'd give her all that she needs I want to protect my kingdom I want to be treated the way I deserve I want to be treated the way that I love So don't you put me down no more Won't you grab my hand, peel the pain Heal my wounds and lead me through the woods I want to be a part of this I want to be a part of you You choose me the way I choose you And how strange it feels to be hunted How sad you took me for granted I pledged myself to you But you give nothing to me I kept on tracking you down You kept on hiding away How can I protect my kingdom I want to be lifted by millions of stars I want to forgive you But you turned your back And now you've let me down again The token wasn't paid You dropped the blade You cut the thread and sent me to the woods I want to be a part of this I want to be a part of you You choose me the way I choose you You lose me the way I lose you Don't want to be a part of a mission Don't want to be a part of the system Don't want to be ruled by a king Who doesn't care for me Don't want to be loved by this Queen I'd take back all that she owes Don't want to protect my kingdom, any more I want to be a part of this I want to be a part of you You choose me the way I choose you You lose me the way I lose you

Show your face, it's time to leave Say goodbye, you won't miss it at all You won't want to come back Lay your fears, dare to roam Find a road and walk for a while You stretch when you get up And when the rain is falling you raise your head , you raise your head up And if your wounds are filled with pain You raise your head, you raise your head up You raise your head up Change your ways And feel your wish And take your shoes off And walk on the grass, you rest in the shade Help me see how it's done, And how those wheels are turning Is it late to go back Oh it feels good to come back And when the rain is falling you raise your head, you raise your head up And if your wounds are filled with pain You raise your head, you raise your head up You raise your head up Wake me up and wait for me And I'll be good I promise Just as good as I can I'll be good

Summer 03:37
Here's a story of a man who was drowning in his bed Late at night He wasn't sure if he's awake Someone told him to give up, but he can't remember who it was He's becoming less aware Still pretending, not recalling That day It might take a while We'll wait for the summer Wait And it might be too late We’ll wait for another Another day to come And here’s a story of a boy who had nothing in return for no one And now he's wondering what is wrong, or what is done He won't be brave, he won't try, he won't make a change and cry How I wish he would this time It might take a while We'll wait for the summer Wait And it might be too late We'll wait for another Another day To come

I almost live here but I don’t I make it look like I’ve been here for years You will not get a clue Not a hint from me I’d rather be the one I’m not A souvenir is all that I have left for me I almost live here but I don’t I make it look like it’s been here for years I will not get away It’s a trap for me I’d rather be the prey for now A place to be I’m in a boat outside the river I’m in a drop that trickles inside I’m in a forest but I’m not lost I’m in a scene without a crime I hardly know how to appreciate my dreams I live alone I’d rather be the one I’m not Than be the one that ends the way for me It’s dark inside my veins, the blood is rushing in I turned the three beasts into one And how can it be I’m in a boat outside the river I’m in a drop that trickles inside I’m in a forest but I’m not lost I’m in a scene without a crime I hardly know how to appreciate my dreams I’d rather be the one I’m not And I’m recovering from an ocean of emotions Now the ocean’s back for me

Fairy Tales 03:04
Sit in front of me and look into my eyes I want to share with you a story We haven't been so clear About some things we did A courageous thought begins to crawl Inside of me Still something's missing, and I can't really put my finger on it We made it look so real That no one could reveal Fairy tales are not meant to be broken And I know the dreams you have Are keeping you alive While my conscience lies inside a chamber Facing this experience by itself, alone We live our life too long Consuming nothing, but memories that shortly won't be remembered Trying to get a hold, trying before we're old Still it’s a mystery to me these broken souls They’re driven by a force that somehow they could no longer manage Free dreams to us all, yet we're sleeping on the floor And soon we’ll take a bow Our stupid smiles will melt upon our faces Like a teardrop falling Free dreams to us all Yet we’re sleeping on the floor
